City Parking – Skopje has announced intensified enforcement measures to address the growing problem of illegal parking across the city. Special attention will be given to areas where vehicles frequently block sidewalks, pedestrian crossings, and access points for emergency services.
The Tow Service teams will be working with extended schedules to quickly remove obstructive vehicles and restore safe passage for both pedestrians and drivers. These actions are aimed not only at improving traffic flow but also at protecting public safety, ensuring that sidewalks and public spaces remain accessible to all citizens, including persons with disabilities, parents with strollers, and elderly residents.
In addition to removals, City Parking – Skopje is implementing stricter monitoring of zoned parking compliance, ensuring that users follow posted regulations and payment requirements. Offenders will face immediate fines and, where necessary, relocation of their vehicles.
The enterprise emphasizes that these measures are part of a long-term commitment to creating a cleaner, safer, and more organized city. Citizens are urged to respect parking rules, use designated spaces responsibly, and contribute to a more efficient and sustainable urban environment.
